It's simple. Follow these 4 quick steps during your store visit:
Visit mellow.africa and scan the supermarket's entrance QR code to check in.
Use your phone's rear camera to scan product barcodes, or search for products in the app to add them to your cart.
Pay for your purchase seamlessly using Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) or card. Enter your PIN on your phone when prompted.
Receive your secure digital Exit QR code and show it to the attendant at the exit to verify before leaving.
Your purchase limit depends on whether you have a mellow account:
- Up to 3 different items per checkout session
- Up to 10 total units across those items
- Up to 5 different items per checkout session
- Unlimited units of those items*
